Plans

What your space can hold — how many items, members, sticker sheets — and some features depend on its plan. Each plan's prices and limits are on the website's Pricing page; this page says how they apply.

The plans

The paid plans add documents (invoices, manuals, warranties), warranties and their reminders, maintenance and its reminders, and nested locations with location access.

My plan

My plan says what your space includes, and what it uses: items, members, sticker sheets this month — used against the limit.

Beyond a limit

Nothing you create is ever deleted, and public pages always work.

• An item beyond the quota becomes read-only: it stays readable, archivable and reportable as lost, but can no longer be changed. Archiving another item frees a place.
• A feature outside your plan — a warranty, a maintenance plan — stays readable; its reminders stop, and nothing can be added or changed.
• Adding beyond a limit opens the This needs another plan screen, which says which plan includes it.

Changing plan

⚠️ Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Join the waiting list: we will write to you once, on the day they open. Only the space's owner changes its plan or its billing.
