Scope

When your organisation uses cegeta, you are the controller of what your people record and we are the processor. We act on your instructions and for no other purpose.

Sub-processors

Hosting, object storage and transactional email. ⚠️ The named list, with each provider's role and location, is being finalised and will be published here — changing it will be announced before it takes effect.

Where the data sits

In the European Union. ⚠️ The exact regions, and the safeguards for any transfer outside the EU, are being finalised.

If something goes wrong

We tell you without undue delay, with what we know and what we are doing about it — including when we do not yet know the extent. ⚠️ The notification deadlines are being drafted by counsel.
